Our History
XP Clean Solution is the realization of a dream for Luana, a Latin American immigrant who arrived in the USA without any English skills but with a bag full of energy, dedication, and a willingness to take risks. Embracing the challenges of a new country, Luana found her way into the cleaning industry, where she quickly discovered a significant gap in the market.
While working in various roles, Luana realized that many cleaning companies overlooked the importance of genuine care for both their customers and their cleaners. This inspired her to create XP Clean Solution—a company built on the foundation of empathy and commitment.
Our vision at XP Clean Solution is to provide top-quality, hassle-free cleaning services to our customers while fostering a supportive and caring workplace for our cleaners. We believe that when our team feels valued and respected, they deliver exceptional results.

Our Team
The majority of the cleaners are also immigrant women that in most cases are the breadwinners of their homes.
The selection process to join the team is very thorough including background check, previous work references and aptitude test.
Once the cleaner is hired there is an intense hands-on training period in which the cleaner will learn our systems, work methods and culture.
Luana’s background as professional life coach is used constantly to mentor the cleaners in their personal lives as well, the result of that is a team that is well trained, trustworthy, loyal and happy with their work and personal life.
